A. Donor Rights & Financial Integrity

  • Voluntary Donation: All contributions are made voluntarily without any expectation of material return.
  • Donor Privacy: Donor identities remain confidential unless the donor explicitly gives permission for public acknowledgment.
  • 80G Tax Benefits: Tax exemption receipts will only be issued if the NGO holds a valid 80G certificate from the Income Tax Department.
  • PAN Requirement: As per Indian Law, a PAN card is mandatory for any donation exceeding ₹50,000.
  • Audit Transparency: Our annual financial statements are audited by a qualified Chartered Accountant and are available for public scrutiny.
  • Utilization Ratio: We aim to spend at least 80-90% of funds directly on social projects, keeping administrative costs to a minimum.
  • No Cash Donations (Large Sums): We discourage large cash donations to maintain a clean digital trail and comply with anti-money laundering laws.

B. Operational Ethics (SDS Consultancy own Big Fin Universal Help)

  • Non-Discrimination: Our help is provided regardless of caste, creed, religion, gender, or political affiliation.
  • No Political Links: The NGO will not use funds to support any political party or candidate.
  • MSME Compliance: We operate as a service-provider entity under MSME guidelines to maintain operational excellence.
  • Anti-Corruption: We have a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery or kickbacks in project execution.
  • Child Protection: All volunteers and staff must adhere to our Child Protection Policy while working on educational projects.
  • Environment First: We prioritize eco-friendly methods in our relief camps and office operations.

C. Refund & Dispute Management

  • Refund Window: If a donation is made by mistake, a refund request must be submitted within 7 working days.
  • Proof of Error: For refunds, the donor must provide a bank statement showing the double or erroneous debit.
  • Dispute Jurisdiction: Any legal disagreement will be settled under the jurisdiction of the local courts where the NGO is registered.
  • Force Majeure: The NGO is not liable for delays in project execution caused by natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.

D. Digital & Social Media Conduct

  • Content Ownership: All photos and stories on our website are the property of SDS Consultancy own Big Fin Universal Help; unauthorized use is prohibited.
  • Beneficiary Dignity: We never post photos that compromise the dignity or safety of the people we help.
  • Social Media Ethics: Comments on our platforms that spread hate speech or misinformation will be deleted immediately.
  • Third-Party Links: Our website may link to external payment gateways; we are not responsible for their independent privacy practices.

E. Governance & Compliance

  • Board Neutrality: Board members do not receive a salary from the NGO to ensure there is no conflict of interest.
  • FCRA Compliance: We do not accept foreign funds unless we have a valid FCRA registration from the Ministry of Home Affairs.
  • Periodic Reporting: We provide regular "Impact Reports" to our donors via email to show how their money was spent.
  • Right to Refuse: SDS Consultancy own Big Fin Universal Help reserves the right to refuse any donation that comes from an unethical or illegal source.
